LOCTITE® DRI 203 ECO™ is a dry-to-the-touch, pre-applied film for threaded fasteners. This product remains inert on the fastener until the threads are assembled, releasing a quick-curing resin. The resin fills all voids in the threads and cures to securely lock and seal the assembly. LOCTITE® DRI 203 ECO™ prevents loosening due to vibration, providing effective locking and sealing of threaded assemblies. Typical applications include locking carburetor screws, transmission nuts, head bolts, truck axle bolts, and tower bolts, as well as sealing transmission bolts and pipe plugs and fittings. This product is typically used in applications with an operating range from -54 °C to +150 °C.
