JONES 21-360D is a two-part dispensable materials compounded with thermal conductive fillers and silicone matrix. It is designed for curing at room temperature. It demonstratesvery high thermal conductivity,superior thermal performance and reliability.In addition to providing variable gap adaption, it is soft and will impart little and reduced stress on components.
