Product Introduction
The GPP-300 supply system propels the 300cc/330cc packaging rubber drum, and the pressure pump self-suction through the cylinder pressure. This constant pressure ensures a steady material flow rate. Together with precise timing control of the on-off valve, it guarantees accurate dispensing volume and speed.
GPP-300 Features
- It directly uses the 300cc/330cc silicone sleeve and sausage glue packaging method to achieve fixed-amount dispensing.
- It is suitable for 10,000–1,000,000 cps high-viscosity glue.
- Considering the high viscosity of silica gel, the glue is dispensed by mechanical extrusion for more accurate output. This is different from the pneumatic pressure conveying method, which eliminates the residue of gas in the silica gel.
- The system is compact and easy to operate. An external precision dispensing valve ensures precise dispensing and greatly improves production capacity and dispensing quality.
- The pump head is equipped with a low glue level alarm switch.
