The GDPL Series progressive cavity pump is a dual-component pump known for its precision and efficiency in transferring fluids. By adjusting the motor speed, this pump can achieve accurate flow output, making it ideal for high-precision conveying tasks. With a dispensing speed range of 0.8mL/rev to 3.2mL/rev, it is suitable for a wide range of sealing and bonding applications on large panels and covers.

- High-precision dosage with accurate proportions: The eccentric spiral structure of the constant positive displacement pump enables efficient, precise, and stable extrusion of two liquids.

- Not affected by liquid position or viscosity changes: The screw valve conveying precision remains unaffected by changes in medium liquid height and viscosity, eliminating the need for frequent adjustment of dispensing parameters.
- Handles particulate-containing media: Screw valves convey media with high solids content without damaging particles.
- Economical and waste-reducing: Changes in liquid height and viscosity do not affect screw valve conveying precision, helping to avoid frequent dispensing adjustments and glue waste.
