Aquanel® 014-3997/40 is a single-component, solventless emulsion designed for impregnating stators, rotors, and small transformers. This zero-VOC formula provides high bond strength and high chemical and moisture resistance. It is applied using a simple dip application by immersing the component, draining it, and curing it in an oven. A hot dip process (pre-heating) can also be used for faster penetration.
