ELAN-Bond MY 1091 is a fast-cure, electrically conductive adhesive designed for attaching small to medium size dies. Supplied in convenient syringes or pail packing , this silver-colored adhesive features a viscosity of 9500 cps and a density of 3.5 g/cc at 25°C, ensuring stable dispensing and reliable mechanical bonding.
