BECTRON® Bectron SA 70P9-37 is a black, paste-consistency silicone adhesive and sealant designed to meet the rigorous performance demands of the electronic industry. It delivers excellent unprimed adhesion to common materials such as FR4, PBT, aluminium, and copper—making it ideal for component fixation and housing protection. The paste formulation allows for accurate, sag-resistant application, even on complex or vertical surfaces. With a tack-free time of 15 minutes and a full cure in 24 hours at 25 °C (3 mm thickness), this product offers a practical balance between working time and curing speed. Its mechanical profile includes a Shore A hardness of 37, high elongation of 450%, and a tensile strength of 2.4 MPa, enabling it to absorb thermal and mechanical stresses. SA 70P9-37 remains flexible and functional at elevated temperatures up to +200 °C for prolonged periods.
