BECTRON® PU 4539 is a two-component, filled polyurethane encapsulation resin tailored for demanding electronics applications requiring enhanced flame resistance and efficient thermal management. With a medium viscosity of 4000 mPas and UL 94 V-0 certification, PU 4539 offers excellent flame retardancy while ensuring thorough coverage and void-free encapsulation. It cures at room temperature within 24 hours or rapidly at elevated temperatures, and its thermal conductivity of 0.7 W/mK makes it particularly effective in dissipating heat. Designed for use in high-reliability electronics, it maintains long-term performance up to +130 °C for 20,000 hours.
