Product Introduction
3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Structural Adhesive EW2030 is a high humidity resistant one-part epoxy adhesive. It provides excellent retention of overlap shear strength under Pressure Cooker Test conditions and offers high dielectric strength along with excellent humidity resistance. With a glass transition temperature of 120°C and a silica filler type, this adhesive requires heat to cure and does not require any mixing prior to use.
3M™ Scotch-Weld™ one-part epoxies provide excellent structural adhesive performance where durability, environmental resistance, and chemical resistance are essential. One-part epoxies also eliminate mixing, weighing, and work life limitations. They cure on demand when heat is applied, offering flexibility in processing.
