3M 95005 and 95010 are black pressure-sensitive adhesives used for bonding a wide range of materials in the electronics industry. These 50 and 100 µm tapes provide superior impact resistance to meet industry drop test requirements and have high bond strength while providing good conformability and removability.

APPLICATIONS:

  • Bonding of various electronic components (e.g., display, battery, speaker, keyboard, trackpad, camera lens, antenna, FPC, etc.)
