VYLOSHOT® GM-964-B01 is a natural-colored, high-performance low-pressure molding material designed for advanced electronic encapsulation applications. It combines excellent mechanical strength, high elongation, and superior insulation properties. The material has a specific gravity of 1.12, a melting point of 163℃, and a glass transition temperature of -65℃. Its high melt viscosity of 1720 dPa·s at 220°C ensures stable processing for demanding applications. The equilibrium moisture content is 0.4%, and it offers a Shore A hardness of 90 for enhanced durability. VYLOSHOT® GM-964-B01 delivers outstanding tensile properties with a tensile strength of 13 MPa, tensile elongation of 1360%, and a tensile modulus of 39 MPa. It also provides excellent electrical insulation with a volume resistivity of 7.40×1014 Ω·cm at 20°C. The product demonstrates strong adhesion, with shear strengths of 4.9 MPa on FR-4 (No-resist) and 2.6 MPa on PBT (GF30%). Peel strengths exceed 60 N/25mm for FR-4 (No-resist) and 10 N/25mm for PBT (GF30%).
