TG 837 Thermal Grease

TG 837 is a grey, highly filled silicone system suitable for screen printing process and thermal dissipation of electronic devices. This one part system is designed to be non-curable. It has a stable and long shelf life even at room temperature of 25°C. It has relatively low viscosity for faster screen printing.
