Araldite CW 1446 BDF and Aradur HY 2919 are two components of epoxy potting compounds that have infinitely good thermal shock resistance and high thermal endurance with thermal index of 200°C. This kind of epoxy potting compound is used in many applications, especially to protect and thermally conduct for power diodes, rectifiers, power transistors, transformers, capacitors in printed circuit board of many electronic devices.
