3M Novec 2708 Electronic Grade Coating is a fluorinated polymer diluted in 3M Novec 7200 Engineered Fluid, a segregated hydrofluoroether solvent, providing a low viscosity, low surface tension coating solution.
FEATURES
- Easy application and processing – dries in seconds without the need for thermal post-curing
- Requires little or no masking
- Allows solder-through repairability and is easily removed for rework & repair
- Contains a low level of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and has a low global warming potential
- Is thermally and electrically stable with excellent dielectric properties
- Provides excellent repellency, anti-wetting, and anti-sticking properties against liquids, water, hydrocarbons, silicones, and photoresists
- Contains a UV fluorescent dye incorporated into the polymer for improved QC inspection
