The Dymax 2000-EC Series UV curing flood lamps are designed for general purpose, low-intensity curing of UV adhesives, coatings, and inks. A Dymax 2000-EC UV flood lamp is designed to effectively limit output energy to longwave (UVA), the worker-friendly portion of the spectrum. The 64-square-inch curing area of the 2000-EC Series UV flood lights makes them well suited for laboratory production and large-batch processing.
2000-EC UV curing lamps are used for a variety of UV bonding, UV potting, UV sealing, UV tacking, and UV encapsulating applications within the industrial, automotive, electronics, medical device, and optical industries.
The 2000-EC UV curing flood lamp consists of a power supply, reflector housing, and 400 Watt metal halide UV curing bulb. Accessories can be ordered with or retrofitted to the UV curing lamp after purchase, including shutter assemblies, UV shields, and UV flood lamp stands. Complete UV flood systems are also available.
