Bostik Simple-Fix™ is a versatile, low viscosity, two-component, epoxy adhesive used to repair hollow spots, replace floor boards and to install thresholds, moldings and medallions. Its unique, dual-chamber plunger system makes dispensing easy, and any unused epoxy can be capped and stored for the next job.
This adhesive is designed for use with engineered wood, parquet, solid wood and bamboo flooring designed and recommended in writing by the flooring manufacturer for glue-down applications. Simple-Fix™ has extremely high bond strength, making it the perfect solution for bonding wood to wood, or wood to concrete. Simple-Fix™ is specificallyformulated to be a simple repair solution that is easily dispensed with an off-the-shelf caulking gun.
This high performance formulation is water resistant, low odor and contains 0g/L VOCs (as calculated per SCAQMD Rule 1168).

APPLICATIONS
CARTRIDGE PREPARATION
- Open packet and remove the adhesive, static mix nozzles and 1/16″ diameter applicator tips
- Place the adhesive cartridge into the caulking gun
- Remove the plastic cap ring and plug from the tip of the adhesive cartridge
- Insert the wide end of the static mix nozzle onto the tip of the cartridge
- Lock the static mix nozzle onto the adhesive cartridge by threading the plastic cap ring back onto the adhesive
BOARD REPLACEMENT
- Remove the floor board(s) in accordance with NWFAinstructions for floor board replacement
- Using an “S” pattern, apply a bead of adh esive on the substrate
- Place a bead of adhesive on the tongue of the replacement board
- Insert the replacement board into the floor and press on firmly
- Let the adhesive cure 24 hours before exposing the area to heavy foot traffic or sanding equipment
