The vacuum potting system of PottBull-VL is suitable for the application scenario of batch production of vacuum glue injection. The overall potting process is under a vacuum environment. The purpose is to prevent air or moisture from entering the products in the potting process. And discharging air bubbles within the product gap may ensure that there is no air in the potting process and the material can fully fill the product cavity. The raw material component is absorbed into the stock barrel through a vacuum, thus synchronously realizing the material stirring,de-aeration, temperature control, hydraulic control, and material circulation in the vacuum injection nozzle or multiple glue injection nozzles and the triaxial movements of the tray to the designated position; the single glue injection nozzle or multiple glue injection nozzle and the triaxial movement system will inject the glue to the product. The high-performance vacuum pump and multiple glue injection nozzles finish the potting of multiple products in a single process, thus shortening the production period. The control system of the multi-touch control panel on the basis of Beckhoff PC+ may provide direct operation and glue injection program settings, as well as high upgradability and flexibility.
