Summary:
The position of Sales Executive (Chinese Speaking) is responsible for growing new customers and new business opportunities. The work starts with evaluating the market segments & territories assigned by company, then looking for potential customers, making appointments, determining potential business opportunities and keep following-up until the project closed-won/or lost.
Main Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
– Achieving budgeted Sales Target and Gross Profit agreed with manager/company.
– Providing sales reports/forecast periodically according to company/manager requests.
– Screening the potential market segments/territories, identifying potential business opportunities, collaborating with related colleagues internally as well as partner’s experts externally to find right solutions (both material and dispensing equipment) for customers.
– Building up and maintaining a good relationship with Key People at customer’s side including
– R&D, Production, Quality Assurance, Purchasing team and even Senior Managers through managing and interpreting their requirements
– Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
– Making technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets customer needs
Requirements:
– Good command in Chinese ( Mandarin)
– Love to do B2B Sales Job.
– Positive thinking and be able to work under high pressure.
– Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Good teamwork.
– Having engineering background, especially in material/chemical/mechanical and dispensing system is plus
Salary Package: Attractive. Final income is up to actual performance.
Work Location: Hanoi
