Mantaray-LVM preparation system is suitable for handling materials of low to medium viscosity. It adopts the eccentric screw metering pump, which may almost transport any material, especially those with solid fillers and with sensitive temperature and shear force. It may provide linear transmission with stable pressure and accurate metering. It may also synchronously realize the material stirring. De-aeration, temperature control, hydraulic control, and material circulation. The modular structure design is easily integrated into the current device.
