Field Application Engineer (FAE) in Ho Chi Minh City || May 2019

JOB DESCRIPTION:

– Working with customer to understand their assembly design and process, identify key challenges related to materials and dispensing solutions. Then discuss with company technology partners to find solutions.
– Working closely with sales team, align with their business strategy and help them to deal with technical solution offer, product evaluation report and challenging technical questions.
– Proactively attend internal and external technical training to complete and maintain certification as necessary to companies’ direction.
– Other duties may be assigned.

REQUIREMENT:

– Bachelor’s degree in engineering (polymer, mechanical, electronics, electrical). Having experience in adhesive/specialty chemical and dispensing system is plus
– Effective communication
– The ability to build relationships effectively
– Good business sense
– Analytical and problem-solving skills
– Can work independently and work as a team

Work Location: 5th Floor, Cosis Building, 54A No Trang Long, Binh Thanh, Ho Chi Minh
