The HumiSeal® UV40HV UV Curable Conformal Coating is a high-solids, single-component acrylated polyurethane coating designed specifically for dispensing and jetting applications. It offers excellent chemical resistance, surface hardness, flexibility, and moisture protection, making it ideal for high-performance electronics and industrial applications. The coating cures tack-free under UV light, with a secondary moisture cure mechanism ensuring full curing within 2-3 days at ambient conditions. It also fluoresces under UV light for easy inspection and is fully RoHS compliant.
