The HumiSeal® UV40-250 UV Curable Conformal Coating is a high-solids, single-component acrylated polyurethane coating designed for UV curing with a secondary moisture cure mechanism. It delivers exceptional chemical resistance, surface hardness, flexibility, and moisture protection. This coating cures tack-free upon UV exposure, with unexposed areas fully curing within 2-3 days at ambient conditions. It fluoresces under UV light for easy inspection and is compatible with all selective coating equipment, making it ideal for electronics and industrial applications.
