PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The GPR-200 is a PUR hot melt pump designed for 2L container systems, utilizing high-precision gear pump technology. It consists of three main components: the main machine, the throat, and the manual automatic dispensing gun. With advanced features like temperature limit alarms and frequency conversion abnormality detection, it ensures optimal performance. The GPR-200 is compatible with nearly all hot melt adhesives.
FEATURES OF GPR-200
- Heats from the bottom layer to prevent adhesive aging and deterioration.
- Protective O-ring seal prevents exposure of melted PUR to air.
- Coated fluid tank allows easy adhesive removal, prevents carbonization, and reduces clogs.
- Precision gear metering pump with frequency conversion for accurate and stable glue dispensing.
- Forced fan cooling prevents motor operation if the glue temperature is not optimal.
- Electronic sensor ensures accurate monitoring to prevent insufficient or excessive glue alarms.
