Product Description
Devcon® MA2807 is an advanced non-conductive, low halogen content two-part methacrylate adhesive designed for the structural bonding of various assemblies1. In addition, MA2807 does a superb job of bonding of metals without primers, and engineered thermoplastics and composite assemblies with little to no surface preparation. Combined at a 1:1 ratio by volume, MA2807 has a working time of approximately 8 minutes and achieves 100 psi in approximately 35 minutes and 500 psi in approximately 45 minutes on Al 6061 at 75°F. This product provides a unique combination of high strength, excellent fatigue endurance, outstanding impact resistance, and superior toughness.
