Elantas Bectron® PU 4527 combines with Hardener Elantas Bectron® PH 4912 to create a high-viscosity mixture. This mixture has specialized thixotropic flow properties, making it ideal for precise dispensing in dam and fill applications. When cured, it forms a fairly hard polyurethane with low shrinkage. It offers excellent insulation, along with mechanical and chemical protection. The product also complies with ROHS standards.
Areas of Application
Elantas Bectron® PU 4527 is designed for coating and sealing sensitive areas of PCBs. It is especially useful where precise resin application is crucial, such as on connecting pins and locations prone to corrosion or mechanical stress. Its elastic properties and high thermal resistance make it ideal for electronics exposed to shock and vibration. This includes applications like impact drills, automotive electronics, and sensor technology.
